Job Description Summary:

The financial analyst will own key operational workstreams that enable renewal execution, partnering cross-functionally with Renewals leadership, Sales, and integration teams on M&A-related renewals activity, account assignment, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong operational rigor, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders. This person will ensure accurate account assignment, monitor renewal health, support reporting and process improvements, and maintain documentation that drives consistency across the team. It's a highly visible role, directly supporting Finance leadership and senior executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and improve financial renewal reporting and identify/implement process improvements that enhance the accuracy and timeliness of our overall financial reporting process
  • Support the finance cadence/rhythm of the business for monthly reporting, rolling forecasts and the annual budgeting / planning cycle in alignment with Corporate FP&A timelines
  • Collaborate and partner with key department leads and cross-company finance and operational teams.
  • Analyze results to understand performance against plan/forecast. Identify trends that indicate problems to address or opportunities to investigate. Highlight business issues and risks and drive changes to improve operations. Anticipate questions and advise on corrective actions based on financial insight.
  • Present analysis to management & executive team for use by the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience.
  • Experience managing operating expenses and budgets
  • High level of Excel knowledge with the ability to use pivot tables and advanced formulae coupled with great visuals that tell the business story.
  • Ability to manage to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide relevant conclusions and recommendations.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, comfortable presenting to and interacting with C-level executives.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a team environment
  • Strong collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and unstructured, disparate data
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity & strategic mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise software industry or management consulting experience
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Business
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase, Smart View, OBIEE, APEX, Salesforce

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Travel Requirements: <5% Minimal, infrequent travel
