The Associate, Global Talent is responsible for the operational execution of Tapestry’s global talent portfolio. This role serves as a key partner to the Global Talent team by ensuring programs are well organized, executed on time, and supported by accurate data, reporting, communications, systems administration, and project coordination.
Working across multiple enterprise initiatives, this individual coordinates day-to-day operations, manages program logistics, maintains talent data and reporting, develops materials, and helps deliver a consistent experience for leaders, HR partners, and employees. The role supports enterprise talent initiatives including but not limited to Success Profiles, Future-Ready Capabilities, Leadership Talent Review & Succession, Performance Management, Talent Mobility & Communities, Brand Building University, and Assessment & Certification.

Program & Project Management
Coordinate the day-to-day execution of multiple enterprise talent and leadership development initiatives, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned to key milestones.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, calendars, and documentation across the Global Talent portfolio.
Coordinate review meetings, training sessions, and program logistics across initiatives including Leadership Talent Review, Brand Building University, Talent Communities, Success Profiles, and Future-Ready Capabilities.
Track action items, monitor progress, and follow through on deliverables to support successful program execution.
Talent Operations, Data & Systems
Maintain talent data within Workday and other talent systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
Manage routine system administration, including TPS escalations, reporting, and support for performance and talent processes.
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics to monitor succession health, performance processes, capability embedding, certification completion, and other enterprise talent metrics.
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports that help inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness.
Communications & Enablement
Develop and maintain presentations, toolkits, guides, communications, and other program materials that support enterprise talent initiatives.
Coordinate communication distribution and support global launches and recurring talent processes.
Partner with the team to create consistent, high-quality resources for leaders, HR partners, and employees.
Continuous Improvement
Conduct research and benchmarking to support the design and evolution of talent programs, tools, and processes.
Support pilot programs by tracking outcomes, documenting learnings, and identifying opportunities to improve execution and the overall participant experience.
Recommend process improvements that enhance team efficiency, reporting, and operational excellence.
Partnership & Team Support
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of enterprise talent initiatives.
Provide operational support for talent reviews, governance meetings, and enterprise talent processes.
Serve as a reliable resource for day-to-day coordination, follow-up, and execution across the Global Talent team.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in HR, talent management, leadership development or organizational development
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines simultaneously.
High attention to detail, particularly when managing data, reporting, and operational processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished materials and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Comfort working with data and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and continuously improve processes.
