Position Overview
We're searching for an Associate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team in a hybrid environment based out of our Atlanta, GA office. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for someone to contribute to the creation of digital and print creative solutions to fulfill marketing and business needs while maintaining brand standards. This entry-level position requires a foundational understanding of graphic design across digital, print, and motion design, with a focus on executing projects under the guidance of senior team members.

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $50,000 - $65,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality marketing assets in a timely manner including infographics and illustrations
- Contribute to design projects from initial concept through to production
- Refine images and layouts using design software under supervision
- Collaborate on presentations and other projects to support business operations while meeting project deadlines
- Provide support in enhancing user-friendliness in digital products
- Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across marketing projects
- Support in creating and designing event branding materials and signage in alignment with the established event theme and visual identity for mid to large size events
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to enhance skills
- Maintain organized files, assets, and project documentation to ensure efficient workflow and version control
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or similar relevant field
- Some experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or agency environment
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Adobe Express
- Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen interest in learning and developing aesthetic skills within established brand guidelines
- Understanding of AI technologies and their practical application to improve efficiency
