About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised over $175M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking an Associate Implementation Lead to join the Implementation team and own the delivery of customer configurations and home plans into the Higharc platform. You'll report to the Manager of Implementation and work in close partnership with an Implementation Lead to drive real project outcomes from day one.

What You'll Do

This role is where platform expertise gets built. You'll own specific deliverables within active customer implementations — translating home plans, validating configurations, and producing documentation that meets the standard Higharc's builders depend on. You're not shadowing; you're contributing directly to projects that matter, with accountability for the accuracy and quality of your work product.

Day-to-day, you'll be one of the builder's main contacts for implementation questions, helping translate their existing documents and products into the settings and models the Higharc platform requires. You'll track task progress, flag gaps, and keep the Implementation Lead informed so project milestones stay on course. You'll also support triage and documentation of bugs and product gaps — surfacing issues early rather than letting them compound.

As you build domain and platform depth, you'll have the opportunity to operate as the Lead on lower-complexity accounts. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in craft and wants to grow into ownership.

Expect to:

  • Translate and validate home plans, configurations, and documentation inside the Higharc platform with high accuracy and consistency

  • Maintain task tracking and progress documentation to support milestone management across active implementations

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for builder inquiries, helping map their products and documents into Higharc-compatible settings

  • Execute assigned deliverables on time and to standard, with direct accountability for your work product

  • Triage and document product issues — bugs, gaps, edge cases — and escalate them clearly to the Implementation Lead and Product team

  • Participate in customer on-sites and internal project reviews to build familiarity with builder environments and Higharc's implementation methodology

  • Travel up to 10–20% for customer on-sites and company retreats

About You

You're a BIM practitioner who takes pride in getting the details right. You've worked in environments where accuracy matters — architecture, construction, homebuilding — and you understand that a missed configuration detail downstream becomes someone else's problem. You're organized, self-directing, and you flag issues before they become blockers.

You're eager to go deep on homebuilding workflows and the technical logic behind how homes are documented and built. You don't need to have all the answers on day one, but you're the kind of person who builds expertise deliberately and applies it with care.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in homebuilding, architecture, construction, or a related technical field — or equivalent time in CAD/BIM production environments

  • Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard CAD/BIM software and experience on complex projects

  • A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work on deadline in collaborative team environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working with both internal teams and customer contacts

  • An organized, proactive approach to your own workload with a habit of surfacing issues early

  • Genuine curiosity about homebuilding processes, option management, and plan documentation

A major plus if you also bring:

  • Direct experience with homebuilding workflows, production plans, or builder option configuration

  • Familiarity with construction documentation standards or residential architecture
