- Help automate manual tasks and develop scalable solutions to streamline processes
- Communicate issues, changes in priorities, and updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operations related issues
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce -or related fields like buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and solid time, data and organizational management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment; be a self-starter who delivers results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
Bonus:
- Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques
- Experience with e-commerce operations
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
