The salary range for this position is $81,900 - $102,400 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY

The CRM Associate Manager drives revenue and engagement across Email, SMS, and in-app CRM by owning campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization. This role translates business priorities into high-performing CRM programs across tentpoles, promotions, launches, and TikTok Shop CRM, ensuring alignment with Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce.

This individual leads creative briefing, testing, and lifecycle optimization to continuously improve performance and customer experience. The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and strategic thinker, with a data-driven mindset and a sharp understanding of how creative, timing, and segmentation drive results. This role reports to the Director of CRM.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across Email, SMS, and TikTok Shop CRM, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the marketing calendar
  • Support planning, briefing, and execution across tentpoles, promotions, storytelling, launches, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Drive CRM storytelling, ensuring consistency with Digital and Marketing while tailoring messaging to lifecycle stage and audience context
  • Own and evolve the CRM creative briefing process, partnering with Creative to deliver high-performing, on-brand assets
  • Execute and QA one-shot, triggered/automated campaigns across Email, SMS, and Tiktok Shop CRM, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Manage and optimize CDP journeys in partnership with Global, improving targeting, personalization, and lifecycle performance
  • Own TikTok Shop CRM strategy, execution, QA, and optimization
  • Own monthly reporting for one-shot campaigns and TikTok Shop CRM, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Co-lead quarterly creative performance reviews, identifying and scaling best practices
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize impact on campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, QA processes, and overall campaign performance

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong experience in Email and SMS marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive preferred
  • Familiarity with CDPs, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution accuracy and QA rigor
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Interest in beauty, e-commerce, and customer experience
