the job:

amika’s influencer marketing associate manager will support the execution of creator marketing campaigns across paid + earned initiatives. reporting to the influencer marketing manager, this role will help bring influencer campaigns to life from briefing through reporting, while managing recurring programs including creator mailers + UGC initiatives. the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented + passionate about influencer marketing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class creator partnerships. 


salary: $82,000 + bonus

location: LA (must be based in LA + have the right to work in the US)



what you'll do:

  • work cross-functionally with Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Ecomm teams to ensure creator selection, messaging, and campaign deliverables support broader marketing goals
  • support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across core product launches, DTC, Amazon, and key brand initiatives, including creator coordination, briefing, product fulfillment, timeline management, and campaign logistics
  • manage Tolstoy + support UGC initiatives across DTC product pages, landing pages + additional ecommerce needs in partnership with the ecomm team
  • co-lead execution of monthly creator mailers, including concept development, creator selection, fulfillment + performance tracking
  • support influencer + brand events through creator outreach, logistical coordination, gifting + on-site execution
  • proactively conduct ongoing creator discovery + recruitment to ensure continued growth of influencer communities
  • assist with monthly reporting + campaign recaps, tracking KPIs + identifying actionable insights to inform future programming
  • stay current with best practices, strategies + industry standards related to influencer marketing + how they can connect to overall brand strategies


must haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in influencer marketing is a must
  • previous experience in beauty or hair preferred (agency or in-house)
  • a passion for beauty + knowledge of influencers is a must
  • BA/BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred
  • strong familiarity with Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, TYB + similar tools
  • proven experience with tracking/reporting
  • strong writing and communications skills
  • strong project management skills, including the ability to align + collaborate cross-functionally
  • extremely organized, detail-oriented + can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines + accommodate for shifting priorities
  • creative problem-solver who is solutions-oriented with a positive attitude +a can-do approach
  • strong analytical skills to evaluate success of campaigns, content and programs
  • excellent creative judgement to identify future on-brand partnerships + content
  • pop-culture obsessed + always has a finger on the pulse for the newest, hottest, latest in beauty and fashion
