About the RoleThe Associate Manager of Organic Social & Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of all Social and Influencer Marketing strategy and activations for Banana Republic. Reporting to the Director, Organic Social & Influencer, you will work closely with the team to establish and refine Banana Republic’s social and influencer marketing and engagement strategies and will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling, posting and reporting on social media and influencer content, and support in the management of influencer partnerships, events and activations. As an internal resource on Social and Influencer Marketing, you will keep abreast of trends and opportunities that can grow the impact of Banana Republic’s social-first marketing approach, making suggestions to help further our brand reach and impact.What You'll Do
  • Support in the development and publishing of content and messaging for Banana Republic’s social media and influencer campaigns, translating brand goals, objectives, and KPIs into social-first, brand-aligned content and messaging

  • Own scheduling and publishing of brand social content across multiple channels

  • Own community engagement, setting the standard and engaging with our social communities in a timely, on-brand and engaging manner, liase with customer service and store teams to support and track customer service issues where needed

  • Assist in the creation and briefing of social-first content (imagery, social-first video, creative concepts, event coverage, etc.)

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and external agencies to support the development of seasonal and one-off social and influencer campaigns

  • Support in the creation of influencer briefs, sending samples, product orders and tracking, and onboarding of influencers for all Banana Republic campaigns

  • Track, maintain and organize campaign metrics, creative and data for Banana Republic social and influencer partnerships

  • Stay abreast of social media and influencer news, trends, and opportunities and help translate into brand right opportunities for Banana Republic

  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook, understanding of all social media platforms and expanding landscape

  • Enthusiasm for social media, influencers, fashion, storytelling and popular culture

  • Excellent communication and copy skills

  • Effective collaborator, communicator, and team-oriented professional

  • Demonstrated proficiency in aesthetic curation and creating cohesive visual and written narratives

  • Familiarity with various photo and video editing applications for generating social media assets

  • Experience in producing social media content including photos and videos

  • Positive, humble and team-oriented mindset

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of excelling in a dynamic environment

Who You Are
  • 2+ years experience, inclusive of social media and influencer marketing, brand creative, content creation, and messaging

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions

  • Change agent and motivator, with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster positive culture change at Gap

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, think differently, and infuse strategic thinking into daily tasks
