As an Associate Manager, Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in driving forward assigned tasks and projects that support the department's operational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, leveraging a strategic mindset and operational expertise to drive efficiency, enhance processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Assigned scope will vary based on business priorities. Responsibilities may include—but are not limited to—operationalizing new processes and strategies, updating Partner Help Guides, reviewing script submissions, supporting cross-functional partnerships, analyzing data and trends, and documenting key business decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and assess sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing enhancements as identified or per carrier request.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics; generate reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface key findings to drive improvement and performance optimization.
  • Operationalize new processes, tools, or strategies and maintain related documentation (e.g., Partner Help Guides, SOPs).
  • Manage and maintain systems and tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Act as a liaison across Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, Training, Analytics, Carrier, and other departments to facilitate cross-functional coordination.
  • Create and review script submissions and other operational deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and compliance alignment.
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and decisions to keep partners aligned and accountable.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in an assigned area of focus and stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Internal Applicants:

Must be a current full-time employee
Must have completed at least 12 months of employment with the company
Must have received at least one performance evaluation
Must have a minimum of one year of Medicare experience. 2 - 3 years is preferred.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or proven applicable experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in eHealth systems and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Comfort operating with flexibility as assigned scope evolves with business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Strong presentation skills and efficiency in Microsoft products.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
