The salary range for this position is $81,900 - $102,400 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY

The Associate Manager, Social Commerce (Affiliate Programs) supports the recruitment, engagement, and enablement of creators within the brand’s TikTok Shop affiliate program, with the goal of driving consistent, scalable sales performance through authentic advocacy and compelling product storytelling. This role is designed for a candidate who combines a passion for artistry, product curation, and social commerce with strong relationship management and community-building skills. The Associate Manager will cultivate creator relationships, manage ongoing affiliate engagement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure curated bundles, sets, and visual storytelling inspire conversion and brand affinity.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

AFFILIATE RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING

  • Identify and recruit new creators with proven potential to drive affiliate performance across TikTok Shop, ShopMy, and all creator affiliate programming.
  • Partner with the Influencer and Ecomm teams to evaluate creator fit based on engagement, conversion trends, and alignment to brand values.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, product/gifting, and education for new affiliates to ensure seamless integration into the program.
  • Support coordination of creator outreach campaigns, communications, events, engagement, and recruitment incentives.
  • Lead ShopMy gifting campaigns including creator outreach campaigns, communications, recruitment incentives, and inventory management.

CREATOR ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION

  • Develop and maintain relationships with active affiliates to increase engagement, motivation, and productivity.
  • Support the execution of creator incentive programs, challenges, webinars, and exclusive product access that drive ongoing participation.
  • Act as the liaison between the brand and affiliate community, collecting feedback and insights to refine approach and enhance creator experience.
  • Partner with manager to identify top-performing affiliates and create recognition or tiering models that reward results.

PREFORMANCE TRACKING & INSIGHTS

  • Track key KPIs and provide regular performance summaries with actionable insights on creator engagement and content trends.
  • Analyze ROI of affiliate initiatives and refine recruitment and retention strategies accordingly.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working with creators, affiliates, and/or influencer programs, ideally in beauty or consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Influencer Marketing and/or the creator affiliate landscape.
  • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
  • Passion for beauty, product storytelling, and emerging social commerce trends.
