The Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the AI-driven future of technology.  You will join our product organization in an intensive 2-year rotational experience that allows you to develop your skills as a hands-on, technical AI product manager and learn to "PM the Salesforce way." You will gain experience building and managing products across diverse teams, get direct exposure to senior executives, and work with formal mentors to build your career in the AI era.

Responsibilities
  • Embed within a small AI pods to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on agentic features — moving from customer problem to working solution in tight cycles

  • Understand and analyze user needs to define how autonomous agents can solve complex, multi-step business problems — including edge cases, failure modes, and trust boundaries

  • Define success criteria and evaluation frameworks for agentic behaviors, including agent telemetry, grounding quality, and escalation paths

  • Analyze market trends, competitor frameworks, qualitative customer research and quantitative product usage and agent performance signals to drive fast, informed iteration

  • Help define a product strategy that moves beyond static features toward autonomous, context-aware collaborators.

  • Partner with designers to create intuitive user experiences where humans and AI agents work together seamlessly.

  • Work with engineers and designers to build and launch features

  • Help evangelize product vision through presentations to stakeholders

Experience/Skills Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Previous industry internship in product management or closely related technical role

  • AI Literacy: A deep interest in (or experience with) LLMs, autonomous agents, and  data architecture.

  • Ability to deliver on commitments and thrive under the pressure of rapid AI release cycles.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting technology landscapes.

Experience/Skills Desired
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments in high-growth environments

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in small, fast-moving teams and drive decisions with incomplete information

  • Comfort working in rapid iteration cycles — prototyping, testing with users, and adjusting quickly based on signal

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with agent orchestration concepts (e.g., tool use, MCP, A2A, Skills, Agent Harnesses, memory, multi-agent coordination) and lifecycle concepts (evaluations, observability, optimization)

  • Product management or design experience with a focus on software products and AI technologies.

  • A track record of taking ownership end-to-end in ambiguous environments — from problem discovery through launch

  • Exposure to responsible AI practices, including trust, safety, and ethical use considerations

  • Experience building with or on top of AI APIs and developer tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain)
