The Boeing Company seeks an experienced Associate Programmer Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA, working on Boeing's Fleet Link application.
This position designs, develops code, conducts preliminary tests, deploys, documents, maintains and improves architectures, algorithms, interfaces for software applications based on using current and emerging technologies. Integrates software components into a fully functional software solution. Implements contemporary software practices, methodologies, processes, architectural approaches to develop and deploy solutions.

Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications for Fleet Link using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation for software applications and development processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience with message queues and APIs
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Experience in Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Azure Storage solutions
- Experience in using Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, Docker Desktop, Azure Storage Emulator, and Git for version control
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and/or Information Technology related field
- Experience in full-stack development
- Experience with DevSecOps practices
- Experience of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
