The Opportunity

Access to high-quality musculoskeletal (MSK) care is often fragmented and difficult to navigate. You will solve this by building the engine that powers our physical provider network, directly connecting 20M+ members to best-in-class in-person care. As a foundational member of our Commercial Team, you won't just sell; you will define the provider network strategy for your territory, transforming how major health systems and provider groups partner with Hinge Health to deliver care.

What You'll Accomplish
  • In your first 3 months: You will master the Hinge Health provider value proposition and map the high-priority provider landscape in your territory. You’ll build a qualified pipeline of prospective provider groups and initiate key relationships.

  • In your first 6 months: You will close your first provider network contracts, navigating complex negotiations with legal and clinical stakeholders. You will launch these initial partners, ensuring a seamless implementation and onboarding experience.

  • In your first year: You will fully own the network strategy for your territory, consistently hitting network growth targets. You will act as the "Voice of the Provider" to our product teams, influencing the roadmap for our hybrid care model.

Basic Requirements

  • This territory consists of targeted metro regions in the eastern US. You must reside in this territory to be considered.

  • Bachelor degree and at least 5 years work experience.

  • Background in provider sales and/or network development.

  • Subject matter expertise in healthcare, provider network development / management, employee health benefits, chronic disease management, or digital health.

  • History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota.

  • Excellent strategic territory management, prospecting, project management, organization, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup, with demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems creatively.

  • Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor future team members.

  • Experience with clinical quality and price transparency tools

  • Experience with provider network adequacy tools

  • Experience with physical therapy and/or orthopedic clinical solutions or provider community
