Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst supports the Sales and Contract teams by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of sales and case-related data across systems. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective sales execution, supporting contractual workflows, and maintaining high-quality data that informs downstream reporting and business insights. The position will focus on data management, reporting, operational support, and process improvement across the sales and contracts lifecycle.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales estimate templates and case data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to summarize case materials and extract key information to support sales and operational workflows.

  • Analyze attorney, firm, and docket data to identify discrepancies and update internal systems accordingly.

  • Perform ongoing data entry, validation, and quality control to ensure data integrity and reliability.

  • Create and manage project forms, contracts, and case records within internal systems.

  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract rate updates and MSA contract management.

  • Generate and maintain reporting including agreement number tracking, offshore reporting, non-standard documentation reporting, and SLA reporting.

  • Manage shared contract distribution email inbox and ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.

  • Track and manage Salesforce activities, including opportunities, meetings, and events.

  • Support the transition of responsibilities from the Contracts team to the ECAR Sales and Sales Support teams.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across sales and contracts workflows.

Qualifications & Characteristics 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management tools.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Familiarity with contract management processes and sales support functions preferred.

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) or willingness to learn.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification
