The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high‑quality, consultative recruitment support aligned to business and workforce priorities.

 A hands‑on recruiter, the Associate Talent Acquisition Partner manages full‑cycle recruiting for assigned functions or regions and contributes to broader talent acquisition strategies, processes, and initiatives. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing guidance on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and selection decisions. 
  • Understand business objectives and workforce needs to develop effective recruiting approaches. 
  • Set clear expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, role requirements, and candidate profiles. 
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles. 
  • Promote employer brand messaging aligned with organizational values and employee experience. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on candidate evaluations, offer recommendations, and hiring decisions. 
  • Support offer development and negotiations in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  •  5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.  
  • Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences across job levels 
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR professionals. 
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. 
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices. 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills 
  • Talent market expertise
