The B&MI Product Manager plays a critical role in accelerating B&MI's strategic growth by shaping, integrating, and scaling solutions that address both immediate and long term customer needs. This role will lead the development of compelling, client centric solutions and narratives and enable go to market execution across multiple sales channels, regions, and customer buying centers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Solution Development• Identify and define priority solutions aligned to client needs, market dynamics, and Mastercard's strategic priorities.• Design and develop best fit, cross B&MI solutions in close partnership with Global Product Managers, ensuring solutions are differentiated, scalable, and commercially viable across markets.• Ensure solutions effectively balance near term client value with longer term strategic growth opportunities.
Cross Functional and Enterprise Collaboration• Partner closely with key stakeholders across Mastercard Services and the broader Mastercard organization to enable cross Services and enterprise wide solutioning.• Act as a connector across product, sales, consulting, and regional teams to ensure alignment from solution design through commercialization.• Support integration of B&MI offerings into broader Mastercard propositions where relevant.
Product and Roadmap Partnership• Monitor market feedback and client adoption to inform continuous solution refinement.• Partner with Product leadership to inform prioritization of product and regional roadmap needs based on solution requirements, market demand, and GTM insights.• Provide structured feedback loops from the field to help shape future product investments and enhancements.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:• Strategic Solutioning: Ability to translate complex customer needs and Mastercard priorities into scalable, integrated solutions. • Commercial & Go to Market Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise buying centers and multi channel GTM models, with a focus on growth and adoption. • Product Integration & Roadmap Influence: Proven experience partnering with product leaders to shape solution design and inform product and regional roadmap priorities. • Cross Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing and aligning diverse global teams across product, sales, consulting, and regions without direct authority. • Client Centric Mindset: Deep focus on delivering client relevant, outcome driven solutions that balance immediate impact with long term value creation. • Analytics & Insights Fluency: Strong familiarity with data driven decisioning, analytics led solutions, and insight based consulting offerings. • Execution Excellence: Results driven mindset with experience moving from concept to commercialization and enabling sales teams to execute effectively.
