B2B Outside Sales Representative – SMB & MDU Internet Sales | Los Angeles

WeLink is looking for a motivated, personable, and driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial customer base throughout the Los Angeles market.

This is an in-person, field-based sales role focused on selling high-speed internet solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), property managers, and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities. This opportunity is based on earnings from commission only activities and working as a 1099 contractor.

You will spend your time in the field meeting directly with business owners, decision-makers, property managers, and other key contacts to understand their connectivity needs and introduce them to a faster, more affordable alternative to traditional internet providers.

WeLink is a growing wireless internet provider using innovative millimeter wave technology to deliver fiber-like speeds faster and more affordably than traditional providers. Founded by industry veterans, WeLink is focused on giving businesses and communities another option for reliable, high-speed internet.

If you enjoy being out in the community, building relationships, finding your own opportunities, and closing deals, this is an opportunity to build a strong sales career with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect for new business within an assigned Los Angeles territory.
  • Visit businesses in person to introduce WeLink's commercial internet solutions.
  • Identify and connect with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Develop relationships with property owners, property managers, and MDU decision-makers.
  • Identify internet and connectivity needs and recommend solutions that fit the customer's business or property.
  • Generate your own leads through in-person prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product discussions.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and move opportunities toward close.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective SMB and MDU customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help move customers from sale to installation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Represent WeLink professionally in the field and build a strong reputation within your territory.

What We Offer

  • Target Earning Range: $78,000–$97,500+ annually.
  • Uncapped Commission: 100% commission after training with no earning cap.
  • Paid Training: $110/day for up to 5 days.
  • Flexible Schedule: You have flexibility to determine when you work, including the ability to work any day of the week.
  • Fast Sales Cycle: Close deals and move customers toward installation quickly.
  • Sales Support: Ongoing coaching, training, and support from the sales team.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to grow into leadership and management positions as WeLink continues to expand.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated, self-directed salesperson who enjoys working in the field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with customers.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and initiating conversations with people you don't know.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by earning potential.
  • Ability to work independently while staying accountable to sales goals.
  • Previous B2B, outside sales, telecommunications, technology, or internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work throughout an assigned territory and regularly travel between customer locations within your local area.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and working cell phone.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
