Salary: $55,000–90,000 OTE (base + commission)

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers (phone, SMS, email, chat)
- Qualify customers and understand their needs, timeline, and budget
- Set high-quality appointments for Sales and Supply teams
- Re-engage cold and dormant leads through structured follow-up cadences
- Educate customers on Ever’s EV buying and selling process
- Deliver a best-in-class, consultative customer experience
- Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly contact and appointment targets
- Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline tracking
- Identify patterns in lead quality and provide feedback to Marketing & Product
- Help optimize scripts, outreach strategies, and sales playbooks
Qualifications & Fit
- 1–5+ years of experience in BDC, inside sales, or high-volume lead management
- Strong phone presence with professional communication skills
- Comfortable working fast-paced inbound and outbound queues
- Track record of hitting activity and appointment goals
- Coachable with a growth mindset
- High energy, competitive, and resilient
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Passion for EVs and the future of transportation
Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM and dialer systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong written communication (email & SMS)
- Comfort navigating multiple tools and dashboards
- Ability to manage large lead volumes efficiently
- Data literacy — understands conversion metrics and funnels
