  • Perform complex data analysis to support requirements gathering, metric definitions, source validation, and data-quality reviews.
  • Conduct unit testing and assist with output validation, reconciliation, and business acceptance criteria.
  • Troubleshoot reports, data extracts, ETL/ELT processes, scheduled jobs, and production data solutions.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for data, reporting, and pipeline issues and document resolution steps and preventive actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including business rules, data lineage, technical specifications, runbooks, and support procedures.
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing, change management, and release planning.
  • Support data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, access control, and reporting governance expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the performance, reliability, efficiency, automation, and supportability of existing solutions.
  • Serve as a senior technical contributor or technical lead for projects, enhancements, and corporate initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Advanced experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Reporting Services, Power BI, Business Objects, or Cognos.
  • Strong experience developing ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Integration Services or other data integration tools.

  • Working knowledge of data governance, metadata, stewardship, reporting governance, access controls, and the secure handling of sensitive data.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both technical and business partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of related experience in IT, business intelligence, data engineering, data integration, reporting, or analytics delivery.
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise data solutions in a production environment.
  • Equivalent military experience may also be considered.

Lead-Level Opportunity:
