We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Billing Analyst/eBilling Analyst to support our growing firm’s day-to-day operations and ensure seamless business functions.

Job Overview

As the Billing Analyst/eBilling Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s administrative, financial, and operational needs.  As part of a billing team, you will be responsible for providing invoices to clients that reflect Econic Partners’ high standards for accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices in Elite, including providing drafts to case managers, implementing edits and write-offs, and submitting final invoices to clients.  Ensure invoices comply with Engagement Letters and Client specific billing guidelines.

  • Submit invoices using eHub and various other e-billing platforms.  Efficiently resolve issues with rejected invoices.

  • Manage approvals for budgets and timekeepers in client e-billing platforms.

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, while handling ad hoc billing requests, in a timely manner.

  • Maintain internal billing trackers and reports of billing progress.

  • Assist with collection of outstanding invoices, as needed.

  • Respond quickly to a high volume of emails and other requests.

  • Communicate clearly with billing director and case managers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in billing, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Experience using cloud-based Elite billing system. Fluency in Adobe/Kofax and Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel.

  • Experience with e-billing platforms common in professional services firms.

  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.

The starting salary for the Billing Analyst role is $85,000.
