About AirOps

AirOps is the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for the AI era. In a world where discovery is shifting from traditional search to AI-driven platforms, we help brands get found—and stay found. We are currently in a phase of hyper-growth, having 5x’d our revenue in the last year by helping marketing teams at Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling turn content quality into a durable competitive advantage.

Our platform equips marketers to navigate the new discovery landscape, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI and trust from humans. Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will empower the next generation of marketing leaders. AirOps is headquartered in San Francisco, New York and Montevideo.

As our founding Biz Ops Lead, you'll build the operational and analytical foundation that scales AirOps to $100M and beyond. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role — part operator, part strategist, part builder — where no task is too small and no problem is too ambiguous. You'll systematize the repetitive, sprint into the strategic, and help the business run faster and smarter at every layer.

What you’ll do
  • Build and own the operating cadences that keep AirOps aligned and moving — Annual Planning, WBRs, OKRs, etc.

  • Design AI-native workflows across Deal Desk, Business Reporting, and workspace management using AirOps, Claude, and other tools

  • Embed into functions for 2–4 week strategic sprints — diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving them to completion

  • Own deep analytical work - leadership reporting to deep-dive analyses across pricing, customer cohorts, sales capacity, strategic forecasting etc.

  • Identify and size new opportunities — verticals, pricing motions, expansion plays — with clear unit economics and a path to execution

  • Manage core operational infrastructure: compliance, vendor management, and G&A services

Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or business operations role in a high-growth environment.

  • Highly analytical — you build revenue models, cohort analyses, pricing tests, and capacity scenarios from scratch, and turn data into clear recommendations

  • Automation-native — you reach for AI tools instinctively, vibe-code workflows, and eliminate manual work wherever you find it

  • Systems-oriented — you instinctively turn recurring work into structured frameworks, not one-off solutions

  • Fast context-switcher — you embed into a new function and contribute meaningfully within days

  • Strategy and execution-focused — you drive projects to completion and own outcomes, not just facilitate meetings

  • Comfortable across functions — you move fluidly across finance, GTM, and product without losing clarity or momentum

  • Strong communicator — equally crisp writing an exec summary or facilitating a leadership offsite

  • Low-ego — you take the unglamorous work as seriously as the high-visibility stuff

  • Thrive in ambiguity — you bring structure, prioritization, and velocity to fast-moving environments.

Bonus:

  • Shipped something with AI — built a workflow, tool, or automation that people actually used

  • Revenue strategy exposure — you understand how dollars flow through the business, from pricing and packaging to pipeline and margin

  • High-growth SaaS experience — you've seen the $10M–$100M ARR inflection points firsthand

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
