Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts. This role is crucial for building and maintaining our digital asset infrastructure, requiring deep expertise in major smart contract platforms and a strong focus on the entire digital asset lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Smart Contract Development:
    • Design, write, test, and deploy highly secure and optimized smart contracts using languages like Solidity, Rust, and Move.
    • Conduct rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and security audits for all smart contract code.
  • Platform Implementation:
    • Develop and integrate solutions specifically on platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or other cutting-edge smart contract platforms.
    • Work with core blockchain architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Digital Asset Lifecycle Management:
    • Implement and manage the technical aspects of the digital asset lifecycle, including protocols for issuance, settlement, custody, and ongoing servicing.
    • Ensure compliance and integrity across all phases of the digital asset journey.
  • System Integration:
    • Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams to integrate blockchain components (Web3.js/Ethers.js/Solana-web3) into full-stack decentralized applications.
  • Security & Optimization:
    • Apply cryptographic principles and best practices to ensure the security and immutability of the network and smart contracts.
    • Actively research and propose new technologies and methodologies to optimize performance and cost.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Polygon, Arbitrum) or cross-chain communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS) and oracles.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 45,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 159,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
