About You

You're a writer first. You can take something complex and make it click, and you know how to say it three different ways for three different audiences.

You learn fast. Hand you a new product area on Monday and by Friday you're writing about it like you've been here a year. You care about the craft: the right verb, the tight headline, the sentence that does the work of a paragraph. You like working across teams, moving fast, and seeing your words show up everywhere from the homepage to the sales deck.

Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

We're hiring a Brand Copywriter to write the words that explain what Levelpath does. Levelpath is shipping fast, and every release needs clear copy: what it is, who it's for, and why it matters. You'll write our web copy, launch announcements, one-pagers, customer stories, and the talking points the field uses every day. You'll work closely with Product and Marketing to turn what's being built into language enterprise buyers actually understand.

This is a high-visibility role for a strong, ambitious writer who wants their work in front of real customers, and who wants to grow into more as the marketing team builds out.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You'll Do
  • Write the copy that carries Levelpath's story: web pages, product descriptions, one-pagers, launch announcements, emails, and campaign copy

  • Turn each product release into clear language - partner with Product to understand what shipped, then write the announcement, the web copy, and the talking points that go with it

  • Keep our story consistent across every channel, and maintain the messaging frameworks and style guidance that make that possible

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to turn real customer wins into use cases and stories the field can use

  • Write for very different audiences - procurement, finance, legal, and IT each care about different things, and your copy should show it

  • Pay attention to how the market moves and how competitors talk, and use it to sharpen how we say what we do

What You Bring to the Table
  • 3+ years writing for B2B SaaS, in product marketing, content, brand, or agency

  • A portfolio of writing that made a complex product easy to understand: web copy, launch materials, or campaign work you can walk us through

  • Marketing experience alongside the writing - you understand how copy fits into positioning, launches, and how a product actually gets sold

  • A fast learner who can pick up a technical product quickly and write about it credibly

  • Comfortable using data to judge whether copy is working, and comfortable changing it when it isn't

  • Strong competitive and market instincts; comfortable turning research and win/loss into clear, usable insight

  • Takes feedback well and iterates quickly, and knows when to push back if the copy would be worse for it

  • Collaborative and fast-moving; able to flourish in a fast-paced environment and drive work across teams

  • Bonus: procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management exposure

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Where a candidate lands in the range depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Benefits
  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations
