We’re looking for an experienced Brand Designer who can bring our brand to life across social and digital channels, with a strong point of view on what makes creative feel native, relevant, and impossible to scroll past. Reporting to our VP of Brand, this role sits at the intersection of design, culture, technology, and brand storytelling.

You’ll shape how the brand looks and feels across social—from polished campaigns to fast-turn cultural moments. This is a role for a designer with great taste who lives on the internet: someone equally comfortable building a beautiful visual system, making a meme, cutting a Reel, or using AI to create something that didn’t exist yesterday.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the visual expression of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Design high-quality, social-first creative across statics, video, and lightweight motion design
  • Translate brand strategy, campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments into compelling social creative
  • Create flexible visual systems and templates that allow the brand to show up consistently while staying fresh
  • Use AI tools to concept, generate, manipulate, and elevate imagery and video (GPT, Higgsfield, Seedance, etc.)
  • Partner closely with the broader brand team to concept and execute original content and recurring social franchises
  • Collaborate with creators, photographers, motion designers, 3D artists, and other external creative partners
  • Iterate on creative based on social performance, audience response, and cultural feedback
  • Identify emerging visual trends, formats, and aesthetics—and translate the right ones into our brand world
  • Support broader digital brand needs across web, email, paid media, launches, and campaigns
  • Bring original ideas to the table and continually push how the brand shows up visually

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste and social-first design work
  • Mastery of typography, composition, color, image-making, and visual storytelling
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the visual language of contemporary internet culture
  • Hands-on experience with AI image and/or video generation and manipulation
  • Ability to create both highly polished brand assets and fast-turn creative
  • Ability to work quickly across multiple projects and formats while maintaining a high creative bar
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working closely with social, brand, growth, and creative teams
  • A self-starter who can take direction, develop a concept, and bring original ideas from thought to execution

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in wellness brands preferred
  • Video edit and motion animation skills
