About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Associate at Solace, you’ll help turn marketing ideas into campaigns that reach patients and families. This role is designed for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience across brand, creative, campaign operations, and go-to-market execution.

You won't be expected to arrive with years of marketing experience. You will be expected to be organized, curious, responsive to feedback, and willing to jump into the details. You'll work closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional partners while contributing to real campaigns from day one.

This is a strong fit for someone who likes making things happen: building a clean tracker, catching a missing detail before launch, turning feedback into an updated brief, and keeping a fast-moving project on track.

This is a hybrid in person role in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Help keep campaign timelines, workback plans, launch checklists, and deliverable trackers accurate and up to date.

  • Support campaign briefs by organizing objectives, audiences, messaging inputs, channel requirements, and creative specifications.

  • Coordinate creative review rounds, consolidate feedback, track revisions, and make sure the right stakeholders see the right version.

  • Follow up on open deliverables and flag missing information, delays, or blockers early.

  • QA links, copy, assets, naming, and basic launch details before campaigns go live.

Marketing Operations
  • Maintain marketing budget trackers, expense sheets, invoice logs, and other team documentation with a high level of accuracy.

  • Help coordinate vendor and agency invoice intake with Accounting and keep supporting documentation organized.

  • Keep campaign folders, Notion pages, briefs, and shared resources organized so the team can quickly find what it needs.

  • Take clear notes, capture decisions and owners, and make sure follow-ups do not get lost.

GTM, Research & Channel Support
  • Support go-to-market planning and internal launch readiness for new campaigns and marketing initiatives.

  • Research competitors, audiences, cultural moments, emerging channels, and campaign examples to help the team develop stronger ideas.

  • Assist with emerging channels such as TikTok and Snapchat by organizing assets, tracking tests, and documenting learnings.

  • Pull basic campaign results and help turn them into clear recaps of what launched, what happened, and what the team should learn next.

  • Help route patient-facing marketing materials through the appropriate internal review process and make sure approved changes are reflected before launch.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internships, campus organizations, student agencies, freelance work, part-time jobs, class projects, and personal side projects all count.

  • Strong organizational skills and genuine satisfaction from keeping details, deadlines, and documentation in order.

  • Clear written communication and the ability to turn a messy set of inputs into something easy for others to follow.

  • Comfort with spreadsheets, shared documents, and project-management tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.

  • Curiosity about why marketing works and an interest in learning across brand, creative, performance, and growth.

  • A proactive mindset. When something is unclear or missing, you ask, investigate, and help move it forward.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when work is patient-facing or requires careful review.

  • An appetite for feedback and the ability to apply it quickly without getting stuck on having the first version be perfect.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change and everyone is expected to contribute.

What Would Set You Apart

  • A portfolio, class project, student organization, internship, or side project where you helped market something and can explain what you actually did.

  • Experience creating or supporting content for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, newsletters, or other digital channels.

  • Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, or similar tools.

  • Interest in healthcare, consumer technology, or mission-driven companies.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.
