Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company on track to hit $100M in annual recurring revenue in the next six months. More than 87,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business.

About the Role

This is a craft-first role on a lean, ambitious design team. You will produce the visual work that shapes how the world sees Luxury Presence across two core pillars: marketing web design and marketing creative.

For the marketing web design pillar, you will design full pages, layouts, and templates in Figma for luxurypresence.com: landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and other marketing surfaces that drive how prospects and the industry experience our brand online.

For the marketing creative pillar, you will design campaigns, collateral, and brand assets that reflect the premium end of the market. Some projects will be deeply collaborative. Others you will own from brief to delivery on your own. You need to be comfortable with both.

The right candidate has a sharp eye for composition, an instinct for hierarchy, and a taste for the premium end of the market as a trained sensibility.

What You'll Do

Marketing Web Design

  • Design full pages, layouts, and reusable templates in Figma for luxurypresence.com, including landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and conversion-focused marketing surfaces.

  • Translate product positioning and campaign goals into clean, intentional page designs that balance brand aesthetics with usability and conversion.

  • Develop and extend the marketing web design system, establishing visual patterns, component standards, and page structures that keep our site cohesive as it scales.

  • Produce imagery and visual content for the web — photography selections, hero visuals, and campaign graphics — ensuring every asset feels intentional and on-brand.

Marketing Creative

  • Design across the full marketing creative stack: social content, paid ads, email, and campaign assets for high-production launches.

  • Build pitch decks and sales collateral that hold up in front of top-tier real estate professionals and enterprise brokerages.

  • Maintain quality and consistency across every format without letting the volume compromise the output.

Brand Identity

  • Apply and extend the Luxury Presence brand system with care, staying within the guardrails while finding room to elevate.

  • Support brand identity work on an as-needed basis, contributing to system decisions and documentation.

Product Marketing Support

  • Translate product features and positioning into clean, digestible visual storytelling.

  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop materials that communicate value clearly across audiences.

Print & Production

  • Handle print deliverables when needed — event materials, mailers, and branded collateral — with a working understanding of print production requirements.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of design experience in a brand, marketing, or in-house creative role — agency background welcome.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates range: campaigns, decks, digital ads, and collateral — with a clear point of view across all of them.

  • Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of print production — file setup, bleed, colour profiles, vendor specs.

  • Experience designing for the premium or luxury segment is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) to produce on-brand visual concepts and imagery is a nice to have.

Craft & Sensibility

  • An obsessive eye for composition, typographic hierarchy, and spatial balance — the kind that catches details others miss.

  • Taste that gravitates toward the minimal and editorial, with the range to dial it up or down as the work demands.

  • Consistency across mediums: what you produce at 9 AM on a tight brief looks as considered as what you produce on a two-week campaign.

How You Work

  • You can hold your own creative direction and push back constructively when a brief needs it.

  • You communicate clearly — in writing and in reviews — and do not wait to be told what is wrong.

  • You thrive working independently and know when to loop in others. Both modes feel natural.

  • You take feedback well, iterate fast, and never let ego get in the way of a better outcome.

Join us in shaping the future of real estate

The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the proptech and marketing sectors, Luxury Presence challenges the status quo of what technology can do for real estate agents, leaders, and brokerages.

We're a team of agile and tenacious innovators working collaboratively to drive the industry forward. Together, we build game-changing products that empower modern real estate entrepreneurs to dominate their markets. From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition.

Founded in 2016 by Stanford Business School alum Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence has grown to a global team ranked on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list three years in a row. We're backed by world-class investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, NextEquity Partners, Toba Capital, and Switch Ventures, and have raised $89 million to date.

More than 18,000 real estate businesses rely on our platform, including 30% of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams. Additionally, many of the industry's most powerful brokerages rely on Luxury Presence as a trusted business partner.

Every year since 2020, Luxury Presence has ranked on BuiltIn's Best Place to Work lists. HousingWire named our founder and CEO a 2024 Tech Trendsetter, we've received several Tech100 Awards, and we just scored an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform.
