What We're Building

Zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) are critical to the future of blockchain scaling, interoperability, and privacy, but are too complex for most developers today. Succinct’s mission is to make ZKPs simple and accessible for all builders.

Our core product is SP1, a breakthrough zkVM (zero-knowledge virtual machine) that enables developers to generate ZK proofs from normal code (like Rust) with state-of-the-art performance.

To support SP1, we’ve built the Succinct Prover Network -- a protocol on Ethereum that coordinates a decentralized network of provers for universal ZK proof generation. This lets developers outsource proving to a global, competitive marketplace of provers.

Our infrastructure is already in production with many of the best teams in crypto:

  • Polygon is using SP1 to build AggLayer and Katana

  • Celestia and Avail use our network to secure Ethereum bridges

  • Mantle ($2B TVL) is using it to become the world’s largest ZK Layer 2

  • And many more, including Celo, Interchain (IBC V2), Hibachi, Lido, Galxe, Taiko, Sovereign, and others

zkVMs are now a key part of Ethereum’s scaling roadmap, and Succinct is at the forefront -- delivering real-world impact, meaningful revenue, and some of the most technically ambitious work in ZK.

We’ve raised $55M across Seed and Series A from Paradigm, and we're a small, high-performing team focused on building deeply technical products with real-world adoption.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to help define and amplify Succinct’s brand beyond the crypto ecosystem. This role is equal parts creative and operational — leading the execution of bold, high-impact brand initiatives while ensuring consistency and quality across every channel, both owned and operated as well as external.

You’ll own Succinct’s overall brand identity and social media presence, creating narratives that connect with developers, founders, and the broader crypto community. You will also define our strategy to broaden the top of our funnel – so that our message reaches key decision makers at relevant institutions, enterprises and consumer brands. From campaigns and activations to content and community, you’ll shape how the world experiences Succinct.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on creativity, speed, and ownership — capable of going from idea to execution fast, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing agencies or partners where needed.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and evolve Succinct’s brand identity across all channels – ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity in how we communicate our mission and products

  • Lead Succinct’s social media strategy and execution, driving engagement, community growth, and thought leadership across platforms

  • Concept, launch, and execute creative campaigns, activations, and storytelling moments that drive awareness and excitement around our products and ecosystem

  • Identify and act on emerging cultural and crypto trends to keep Succinct’s voice at the center of the conversation

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, BD, and other teams to align brand, content, and community strategies

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand, social, or community within crypto or tech

  • Proven ability to create campaigns and content that stand out – witty, sharp, and tuned to a crypto-native and culture-forward audience

  • Experience owning social channels and growing audiences across multiple platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, and relevant emerging crypto-native platforms like Farcaster and Pump.Fun

  • Strong creative instincts and comfort experimenting with formats (video, memes, threads, activations) while moving quickly and shipping often

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally and managing agencies or partners to deliver results

  • Hands-on, self-starter mindset with the ability to execute from concept to completion independently

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of token ecosystems, including community growth and network participation

  • Strong social following or active participation in crypto culture (Twitter, Farcaster, TikTok, etc.)

  • Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, or blockchain infrastructure

  • Prior experience working closely with developer or community teams

Location

This role is remote-friendly with a preference for timezones with some overlap with PST (San Francisco). Our team is primarily based in San Francisco and works together in-person in an office. However, this particular role and team is remote-friendly and offers flexibility on location.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
