• You're available to work weekends as needed and you understand that the best guest interactions happen when the guest is ready -- not just when it's convenient

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Palo Alto represents one of the world's most storied luxury brands in the heart of Silicon Valley -- a market of sophisticated, informed buyers who choose Mercedes-Benz deliberately and expect a guest experience that matches the vehicle. Our Brand Specialists are the people who deliver that experience. No automotive background required. We hire for character, presence, and a hospitality-first mindset -- and train everything else.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests to Mercedes-Benz of Palo Alto with genuine warmth and professionalism -- creating a first impression that reflects the standard of the brand

• Guide guests through the Mercedes-Benz lineup with growing confidence and product knowledge -- connecting the brand's engineering, design, and technology to what matters most to each individual buyer

• Listen carefully to understand each guest's needs, lifestyle, and priorities -- then present the right vehicle with clarity and genuine enthusiasm

• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that bring the Mercedes-Benz experience to life

• Build lasting guest relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up and disciplined CRM use

• Collaborate with sales management and finance to guide guests through a seamless, transparent purchase process

• Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction scores

• Be available to work weekends as needed -- the showroom's most active days are often Saturday and Sunday

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training provided from day one

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, tech sales, financial services, or a consultative guest-facing role strongly preferred

• Polished, professional presence -- Mercedes-Benz Palo Alto guests are sophisticated and expect a Brand Specialist who matches their standard

• Natural communicator who listens well, builds rapport quickly, and follows through with integrity

• Available to work weekends as needed -- required

• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to grow your earnings and your career

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

OTE of $40,000 - $120,000+ annually

• Paid Mercedes-Benz brand and product training -- manufacturer-supported and designed to make you a genuine brand expert

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Clear career path -- strong Brand Specialists grow into senior consultant, finance, and sales management roles at Swickard

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

• A team culture built on hospitality, accountability, and genuine care for every guest

WHY MERCEDES-BENZ OF PALO ALTO

• Silicon Valley's concentration of high-net-worth buyers means guests here arrive informed, engaged, and ready to buy from someone they trust -- a Brand Specialist who earns that trust builds a book of business that compounds quickly

• Mercedes-Benz is one of the world's most recognized luxury brands -- the brand story opens conversations and the product earns loyalty when it's presented honestly and with genuine expertise

• A store where your background from tech, hospitality, or financial services is a genuine advantage -- Palo Alto buyers respond to consultants who understand their world

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- describe exactly what a great Brand Specialist does every day

• Leadership that invests in your development and celebrates the people who build lasting guest loyalty

If you're polished, people-first, and ready to represent one of the world's most iconic luxury brands in the heart of Silicon Valley -- with the availability to be there when guests need you, including weekends -- we'd like to meet you.
