About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems.

As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech.

About the role:

We’re always excited to meet curious, driven people who are passionate about transforming the logistics industry through smart, modern sales. Even if we don’t have a role that perfectly matches your background today, we’d love to hear how you think you could make an impact at Pallet.

This is your opportunity to pitch us: What would you build, sell, or improve if you joined our team?

Whether you’re an experienced closer, a strategic partnerships pro, or a builder who wants to architect sales systems from scratch — we’re open to creating the right role for the right person.

What we're looking for:

This will depend on your experience, but we’re especially excited to meet folks who:

  • Are entrepreneurial and action-oriented — not afraid to try new things and move quickly
  • Have experience in early-stage or high-growth sales environments
  • Obsess over customer outcomes and solving real operational problems
  • Can clearly articulate where and how they’d plug into our mission
  • Are energized by ambiguity and thrive when wearing multiple hats
What you might be working on:

Depending on your background, you could help drive impact across:

  • Strategic sales initiatives that target new segments or verticals
  • Building and refining outbound or inbound GTM playbooks
  • Structuring partner or channel relationships
  • Improving sales operations, tooling, and automation
  • New revenue bets — from account expansion to pricing experiments

Location:

Since we're a small team building 0-1 products, we prefer for candidates to be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in our office in San Francisco. We typically come into the office 3-4 days a week, but accommodations can be made on a case-by-case basis. Relocation assistance can be provided for interested candidates.
