The Business Analyst will conduct user research, analyze processes, manage product backlogs, support Agile ceremonies, and ensure value delivery.
PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
· Conduct user research and stakeholder engagement to understand and capture business needs using process workflow mapping, user stories
· Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
· Create a product backlog of well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria
· Manage product backlog to focus capacity on highest priority epics and user stories
· Be a part of a multidisciplinary team to prioritize the work from concept to delivery
· Support Scrum / Agile ceremonies helping drive team progress.
· Ensure that products create value and meet business needs with evidence-based decisions and attention to detail
· Understand opportunities and constraints across the business, technical architecture, and end-user needs
· Support change management and product rollout including user acceptance testing, development of training materials, and product documentation
· Partner with the project leadership to proactively communicate status, priorities, risks, and mitigation strategies for product delivery
Requirements
· 3+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
· Experience in software development using Agile/scrum frameworks
· Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiarity with InterSystems Caché and/or IRIS for Health or similar government organization experience
· Consulting experience
