A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and helping organizations improve processes, systems, and operations. They act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
    •    Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
    •    Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
    •    Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and project managers to implement solutions
    •    Create process models, workflows, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
    •    Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
    •    Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business goals
    •    Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
    •    Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
    •    Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications

Required Skills & Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
    •    Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    •    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    •    Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar
    •    Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
    •    Understanding of business processes and system analysis
    •    Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA
    •    Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
    •    Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools
    •    Experience working with CRM/ERP systems
