Job Description

  • Business Analysis and functional system design, with a strong emphasis on end-customer/business experience and end-customer value
  • Develop functional specifications using a variety of techniques including use cases, user personals & stories, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
  • Creation of graphical diagrams for business processes to be performed by the future systems (for communication between non-technical users and developers, as well as future product documentation)
  • Work collaboratively and continuously with designers, developers, UI designers and testers in join application design activities to expedite development and improve quality
  • Assist in development of system documentation and training materials, and training internal staff and end users on the evolving application
  • Software quality assurance testing
  • Contribute to development and implementation of the software development lifecycle
  • Work with team leads to set priorities, and ensure timely deliveries in line with assigned due dates
