About the Role

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at assigned banks
• Create demand for AIA's products by highlighting their ability to meet the client's needs
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes for the bancassurance channel
• May manage accounts as part of a larger account team or manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches/districts
  • Provide on-going training to BEA’s frontline staff, including product, sales technique, prospecting, objection handling and sales operation and process, etc
  • Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer enquiries from BEA’s frontline staff
  • Build up and maintain solid relationship and rapport with BEA area heads, branch managers and all frontline staffs
  • Monitor the sales momentum on sales staff and branch level. Provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity
  • Communicate all marketing and sales programs to BEA’s frontline staff and ensure the awareness and participation
  • Execute compliance duties with regulatory and our company’s Code of Conduct, Complaints Handling Procedures, Customer Privacy Policy and PRC Guidelines
  • Organize localized bank sales events and attend bank sales activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 6 years’(Manager) insurance sales experience, preferably with bank’s frontline experience
  • Relevant experience on coaching and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
  • With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred
  • Good spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
