About the Role

Accountable for program delivery and platform management for Digital Platforms.
Provide best practice and delivery governance over the project delivered by BAU (business as usual) and new projects provided by vendors, nearshore and internal resources. Manages project stake holders across the business and group office.
Customer Centricity
Drive customer-first outcomes by shaping and delivering digital platform initiatives that improve end-to-end user journeys. Leverage data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to prioritise initiatives, resolve pain points, and enhance experience quality, adoption, and efficiency. Champion a customer-first culture across platform portfolio and business enablement functions. Ensure all solutions are aligned with customer needs, business goals, and continuous improvement practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management (30%)

  • Maintain the portfolio of project and BAU initiative to provide a single view of the customer platform strategic roadmap
  • Work closely with other peers to communicate to other stakeholders of the platform priorities and roadmap

Business Enablement Leadership (40%)

  • Lead and manage a team of technology business analysts, project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions for the digital platforms and peripheral systems across multiple initiatives and workstreams
  • Lead impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to business analysts and other team members.
     

Stakeholder Engagement (30%)

  • Engage with senior C-level/director level business/technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and influence key decisions
  • Be the trusted go-to-person and partner for key senior business stakeholders on driving and delivering digital initiatives
  • Collaborate, engage with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
  • Ensure that business requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital delivery, project management, SDLC with a focus on digital projects and platforms
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of business analysts, project managers and engaging with technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Self-motivated, action-and-result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.

 

Technical Skills

  • Digital Platform Portfolio Management
    Ability to manage and prioritise a portfolio of digital initiatives, aligning roadmap with business strategy, customer needs, and resource capacity.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Management
    Strong capability in eliciting, analysing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
  • Digital Delivery & SDLC (Agile/Waterfall)
    Proven experience in leading end-to-end delivery across Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and governance standards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Insights
    Ability to leverage data, performance metrics, and customer insights to inform prioritisation, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

    Strong ability to engage, influence, and align senior stakeholders across business and technology, articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
