As a Business Development Associate, your mission is to turn momentum into motion — keeping every lead tracked, every demo scheduled, every proposal moving, and every deal closed. You’ll be the operational backbone that ensures our CEO can focus on high-impact conversations, while you handle the details that drive revenue.
ResponsibilitiesSales Operations: Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot/Salesforce; make sure every lead, contact, and deal stage is current and actionable.
Outbound Campaigns: Run email and LinkedIn outreach to flight schools, aviation programs, and defense organizations.
Demo Coordination: Schedule product demos, prepare briefing notes, and align internal teams ahead of meetings.
Proposals & Contracts: Draft SOWs, pricing sheets, and proposals; coordinate signatures, procurement forms, and NDAs.
Pipeline Momentum: Keep deals from stalling — ensure next steps are defined, followed up, and executed.
Revenue Operations: Track signed contracts, confirm invoicing and payments, and hand off cleanly to Customer Success.
1–3 years of experience in sales development, business operations, or CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce familiarity a plus).
Excellent communicator — professional, concise, and persistent without being pushy.
Exceptionally organized; thrives on keeping a process clean and accountable.
Confident writing outbound emails, managing follow-ups, and running multiple deals at once.
Comfortable working in a startup environment — adaptable, fast-moving, and self-directed.
Excited about aviation, defense, or emerging tech, even if new to the field.
