Source and manage institutional crypto clients focused on derivatives, options, and perpetuals. Own full lifecycle client relationships, drive new revenue across the Americas, educate clients on product and workflows, liaise with Engineering/Product/Compliance, and produce client activity reports.

We're actively sourcing for Business Development talent across multiple portfolio companies operating at the intersection of crypto markets, derivatives, perps, and/or options. CeFi and DeFi. Junior to mid-level. This is not a generalist BD seat, deep crypto markets knowledge is the baseline.
Location: NYC
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years on an institutional sales desk, options brokerage experience required
- At least 1 year in crypto institutional sales
- Deep understanding of derivatives, options, and/or perps, and trading workflows across CeFi and DeFi
- Strong network within the crypto and institutional trading community
- Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Electronic trading experience a strong plus
- Basic SQL or Python skills a bonus
About the Role:
- Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Drive new business and expand existing relationships across the Americas
- Educate clients on product features, workflows, and technical nuances
- Liaise between clients and internal teams including Engineering, Product, and Compliance
- Prepare and present detailed client activity reports to management
