About the Fellowship

The Business Development Fellowship is designed for students and early-career professionals interested in sales, market research, consulting, startups, and B2B growth.

Fellows may support prospect research, company mapping, CRM organization, outreach preparation, market analysis, and client-readiness work.

What You May Work On

  • Researching target companies, founders, CTOs, CEOs, and technology leaders

  • Preparing research notes before outreach

  • Supporting Fitzroy’s business development process

What We Look For

  • Strong research and communication skills

  • Professional judgment and attention to detail

  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and company research

  • Prior sales, research, startup, or campus organization experience is a plus
