  • Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation

  • Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs

Who you are:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial real estate sales, or a related field

  • Experience developing relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers

  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements

  • Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different stakeholders

  • Comfortable operating in early-stage and scaling environments with high performance expectations
