Business Development Manager, Staffing & Recruitment

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our staffing and recruitment business by identifying and developing new client opportunities with small to midsized companies.
This is a commission-only opportunity designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and creating new business. The role offers significant personal, professional, and monetary growth potential for someone who wants their earnings to be directly connected to the business they generate.
What You'll Do- Identify small to midsized companies with current or upcoming staffing and recruiting needs.
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, industry groups, and other business development channels.
- Introduce prospective clients to our staffing and recruitment services.
- Discover hiring challenges and determine where our recruiting services can provide value.
- Generate qualified staffing opportunities and transition new clients into the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and developing client relationships.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Help identify new industries, markets, and partnerships that can expand the business.

Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, HR services, professional services, or consultative sales is highly desirable, but strong relationship-building and sales ability are most important.
Compensation & GrowthThis is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is tied directly to staffing business generated through your client relationships.
For the right person, this role has the potential to grow well beyond traditional business development. As the client base expands, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, greater earning potential, and a larger role in the continued growth of the business.
