We're looking for a sharp, persistent Business Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team. You'll open conversations with large US companies — mapping who owns compliance and investigations, reaching them with a message that fits, and setting meetings that turn into real opportunities.

VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our enterprise AI platform helps organizations search, analyze, redact and act on their video, audio, images, documents and text. More than 100 agencies and organizations use VIDIZMO, from police departments, prosecutors and federal, state and local government to hospitals, banks and law firms. Customers run it in their own cloud (Azure or AWS), on-premises, in government cloud (including FedRAMP High environments through our hosting partner) or fully air-gapped. We're ISO/IEC 27001 certified in our own name, and we support CJIS, HIPAA (with BAAs), PCI-DSS, GDPR and FERPA requirements.

What You'll Sell

Our products:

  • AI Intelligence Hub: AI agents, no-code workflows and search that gives cited, auditable answers from an organization's own files, using the AI model the customer chooses.
  • Redactor: bulk redaction of faces, license plates, voices and personal data (PII, PHI, payment data) across video, audio, images and documents.
  • AI Live Insight: real-time AI video analytics on cameras customers already own.
  • Digital Evidence Management (DEMS): evidence intake, review and sharing with a full chain of custody.
  • Enterprise Video Platform (EnterpriseTube): secure video hosting, live streaming, captions, transcription and search.
  • All of them run on Nexus, our common content platform, and connect to cameras, VMS and body-worn systems, case and records systems, CRMs, LMSs and cloud storage.

Solutions we offer (details on each page):

  • Smart City
  • Video Intelligence
  • Evidence & Investigations
  • Records & Transparency
  • Knowledge & Documents
  • Operations & Learning

Industries we serve: Public Safety & Justice, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Legal, Education, Manufacturing & Energy, plus insurance, transportation, sports and media (all industries).

How we sell: directly and with partners. Resellers and VARs, distributors such as TD SYNNEX, Carahsoft, CDW-G and Insight, system integrators, MSPs and referral partners help us reach buyers. Public-sector customers can buy through contract vehicles including GSA MAS, NASA SEWP V, NASPO ValuePoint, Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, Texas DIR and PEPPM.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative focused on enterprise accounts, you'll open conversations with large US organizations in financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal and manufacturing. You'll research each account, reach the right leaders by phone, email and LinkedIn, and set up qualified meetings for our account executives.

What You'll Do

  • Build account plans for large enterprises and map who owns compliance, investigations, contact centers, training and IT.
  • Cold call and email those leaders with a message tied to their problem, such as redacting payment data from call recordings or answering policy questions with AI.
  • Use AI tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot data to prioritize the accounts most likely to buy.
  • Qualify interest and set meetings, then brief the account executive on the people, the problem and the timing.
  • Keep every touchpoint and next step recorded in HubSpot on the same day.
  • Work with marketing on account-based campaigns and follow up on event and webinar contacts.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of outbound prospecting, business development or inside sales in any industry, including cold calling US companies.
  • Proof that you hit activity and meeting targets.
  • Polished business English for conversations with senior enterprise buyers.
  • Daily use of AI for account research and messaging, and solid CRM habits.

Strong Pluses

  • Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS or security products.
  • Technical training in CS, engineering or IT.
  • Selling to financial services, insurance, healthcare or legal enterprises.
  • Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA or SOX requirements.
  • Experience prospecting into large enterprises with several decision-makers.

How You're Paid

Competitive base salary with performance-based commission, depending on experience.

Benefits

Benefit details vary by location.

Working Hours

  • Work hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • High-speed internet and a professional space for calls.

We are an equal opportunity employer.
