Our client is a mission-driven technology platform transforming how organizations give. Operating at the intersection of nonprofit impact and technology, they help power and scale charitable giving for some of the world’s most recognized organizations.
After a recent rebrand and full platform rebuild, the company is entering its next phase of growth. They have processed over $200M in donations and have partnered with leading organizations such as Walmart, Google, YouTube, and Patagonia. Now, they are focused on stabilizing their foundation and building a scalable go-to-market engine.

Our client is hiring their first Business Development Representative to help build pipeline from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to get in early, shape outbound strategy, and directly impact growth.

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists across evolving ICPs
- Execute and iterate on outbound campaigns and messaging
- Own CRM hygiene and track all outreach activity
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Consistently hit pipeline targets (goal: 100 qualified leads per quarter)
- Test, learn, and optimize—this role will help define what scalable growth looks like
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, or customer-facing role
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Experience running CRM systems and managing outreach campaigns
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to experiment with messaging
- Interest in or understanding of the nonprofit / giving ecosystem is a plus
- A builder mindset—you’re excited about creating process, not just following it
- Mission-driven work: Be part of a team focused on unlocking greater generosity and impact
- Ground-floor opportunity: Help define the sales motion at an early-stage organization
- Flexibility-first culture: Fully remote with a focus on outcomes over activity
- High-impact role: Direct visibility into leadership and influence on company growth
- Strong network: Backed by a well-connected board and strategic partners
