📍 Location
We’re fully remote and welcome candidates from anywhere in the US! We have all-company offsites a few times a year where we fly the whole team out to meet in person, build stronger relationships, kick off important projects, and have fun!

💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a  Business Development Representative to join our team. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible mainly for outbound pipeline generation and generating qualified opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver new business opportunities.

💻 Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed monthly quota
  • Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with an emphasis on quality
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly performance results
  • Collaborate with teammates on the BDR team to continually improve systems, tools and processes
  • Collaborate with AE’s to multi-thread and generate new outbound business opportunities

✔️Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment
  • Strong performance track record
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with Outreach.io 
  • Solid fundamental skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting and opportunity qualification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

💰 Compensation

  • Starting Salary: $60,000
  • On Target Commission: $30,000
  • Competitive Equity Package

*Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for equity and benefits.
