We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated sales development professional in the Dallas area to join a seasoned, high performing BDR team. You will help the companies within your territory navigate the pains they’re experiencing from the increased mobility of their employees and customers. In this role, you will follow up with marketing leads and work with potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching leads, easily builds new relationships, and is passionate about setting the sales team up for success.
The ideal candidate is curious and inquisitive. You are a quick learner with strong communication skills and possess the abilities to articulate our value proposition. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to help boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
Join a cybersecurity leader in hyper growth mode and help generate high quality pipeline. This position will work very closely with aligned Sales Representatives, as well as the supporting team, to develop clearly defined plans and goals that lead to new pipeline opportunities… "think outside the box and be creative!" A clear focus on Target Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the lead follow up processes for both inbound and outbound activities in your territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute & measure targeted outbound activities in your territory. Leverage email, phone, social media, partners, and peers to engage with your target audience. Deliver well qualified outbound meetings that have a high probability of turning into pipeline.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Positive can-do mindset, creative, team-player, and super motivated by the prospect of joining an established cybersecurity company still in start-up mode… who you are is absolutely critical! Great communication skills via Phone, Social Media, Email Creativity, and problem solving skills are also important.
