Proactively prospect and outreach to restaurants via cold calls, email, and SMS to generate qualified meetings. Research targets, qualify needs around delivery and margins, manage outreach cadences in HubSpot, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives while iterating messaging with Sales and Marketing.
About Us
Sauce is a restaurant technology platform helping local businesses grow through commission-free delivery and pickup, powered by our proprietary delivery optimization technology. We serve a $105B+ U.S. local restaurant market and help restaurants own their digital and delivery operations end-to-end.
We’re a team that acts fast, stays close to the details, communicates with optimism, and supports one another relentlessly. We care deeply about delivering value for customers, improving a little bit every day, and using data and insight—not guesswork—to guide decisions. When challenges come up (and they do), we solve them together.
The Opportunity
As an Outbound BDR, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through proactive, targeted outreach. Unlike inbound roles that respond to existing interest, you will identify, research, and engage restaurants that fit Sauce’s Ideal Customer Profile before they’ve raised their hand — creating demand where none existed yet.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is relentlessly self-motivated, comfortable initiating cold conversations with busy business owners, and energized by the challenge of opening doors and building pipeline from scratch.
