Build and maintain KPI reporting and dashboards for wallet, loyalty, and remittance performance across markets. Partner with Product Ops and data engineering to formalize recurring analyses and support GTM readiness metrics. Monitor industry trends and provide executive-level reporting used by the Director to brief the COO and exec team.

What You Bring to the Table
Benefits and Perks
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
As Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be the analytical backbone of the Financial Services Operations function. You'll build and maintain the KPI reporting and dashboards that track wallet, loyalty card, and remittance performance against the FinServ team's priority metrics across every active market, turning that data into analysis the Director uses to brief the COO and Exec team.
- Define and maintain KPIs spanning agent network health, wallet/loyalty adoption, and remittance performance, across all active markets.
- Build and maintain recurring performance reporting that the FS Director uses to brief the COO and Exec team — you own the analysis, the Director owns the narrative and delivery.
- Partner with the Wallet and Remittance Product Ops Leads to surface underperformance signals and contribute to root-cause analysis, market by market — you bring the data-grounded diagnosis; they bring field context and the final call.
- Build lightweight, ad hoc analysis (SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools) for questions the established data lake and KPI set don't yet answer — and partner with the data team to turn recurring ad hoc needs into permanent capture mechanisms, rather than building parallel shadow dashboards indefinitely.
- Support GTM planning alignment with Network & Gaming Operations by providing performance and market-readiness data, including agent network maturity signals.
- Translate analysis into concrete operational recommendations and support their implementation alongside the Director and Product Ops Leads.
- Monitor trends in digital wallets, crypto, and remittances that could inform strategy; flag relevant signals to the Director (watch-brief, not a strategy mandate).
- 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or strategy/ops roles — fintech, payments, or financial services preferred.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills; hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
- Experience building a KPI framework or recurring reporting package from a messy or incomplete data starting point.
- A track record of producing analysis that’s used directly in a leadership or board-level conversation.
- Comfort working ad hoc against undefined questions, and separately, experience partnering with a central data/eng team to formalize a recurring analysis into permanent tooling.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment with ambiguous, shifting priorities.
- Working knowledge of or strong interest in crypto wallets and emerging trends in digital financial services.
