Sacramento Post-Acute is a 5-Star Quality Measure 94-bed skilled nursing facility. Ranked by U.S. News and World Report in as a Best Nursing Home in 2026, our wonderful staff provide a range of services that include trach care, ventilator management, wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients.

We currently have an opening for a full-time Business Office Manager. The schedule is Monday - Friday with flexible hours.

As a member of our team, you will work alongside a skilled colleague who manages Medi-Cal and other payor billing and collections for long-term residents, while your primary focus will be Medicare and Managed Care / HMOs.

OUR COLLECTIONS AGING IS CURRENT AND CLEAN!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BOM Assistant ready to advance into a manager role. To ensure your success, training and ongoing support will be provided by our regional business office staff.

In return for your contributions, you will receive an aggressive pay, attainable monthly and quarterly bonuses—which have been paid 100% consistently for more than five years—and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will also be part of a cohesive and supportive team that includes Admissions, Case Manager, MDS, Social Services, Rehab Director, ADON, DON, Medical Records and transportation specialist.

This position requires a minimum 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • An understanding of skilled nursing billing and payments.
  • Communicate with patients and/or family members as necessary.
  • Minimum one-year billing experience in a long-term care facility.
