Our client is a fast-growing technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of client accounts and a network of external partners while also leading sales conversations for the accounts you manage. Divide your time between relationship work and building the processes that help operations grow. This is an early, high-ownership position suited to someone comfortable with ambiguity.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through successful outcomes, serving as the main point of contact.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-performing external partners and keep them engaged.
- Run product demos on your own, understand client needs and close straightforward deals before handing them to account management.
- Keep work moving by following up on stalled items, removing blockers, handling unhappy customers and escalating issues quickly.
- Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts through close knowledge of each customer.
- Develop systems and playbooks that help operations scale, working closely with the operations team.

- Strong written and verbal communication with the warmth and sharpness to build trust quickly.
- Self-directed, resourceful and comfortable working without an established playbook.
- A university degree, with a US, Canadian or UK institution preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site five days per week.
