At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission.

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About the Role

Commure is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support operational execution and revenue activation across the Patient Experience team. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technical configuration, and cross-functional execution, helping turn post-sale commitments into measurable client outcomes.

The Business Operations Associate will be responsible for analyzing performance data, executing ad hoc operational and analytical tasks, and building and optimizing solutions within Commure’s internal tools. This person will play a key role in supporting product launches, platform updates, and ongoing solution optimization across Pathways, Agents, and Intake.

In this role, you will monitor engagement and performance metrics, conduct QA and UAT for new launches and product changes, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes. You will also communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills as well as comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.

This position is critical to driving activated revenue growth by accelerating time-to-value for clients, improving the performance of live solutions, and increasing the team’s ability to support launches and expansions efficiently at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Support high-impact care model initiatives by analyzing patient engagement data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and success metrics.

  • Operationalize Data: Perform rigorous data management and analysis to translate raw numbers into high-level program insights and ROI proof points.

  • Analyze Data: Extract insights on a diverse set of clinical and operational outcomes on our internal data platform in Looker / SQL

  • Communicate Impact: Build compelling executive-level materials (slide decks, one-pagers, and reports) that synthesize complex findings for clinical and operational leaders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key partner to field leaders and internal teams, ensuring data integrity and alignment on program goals.

  • Iterate & Optimize: Continuously refine data collection processes to improve the speed and accuracy of reporting as we scale.

What You Have

  • Highly data-savvy with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into succinct summaries.

  • Strong proficiency with data exploration using SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or Grafana.

  • Comfortable leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows, support analysis, accelerate execution, and improve the quality and speed of operational output.

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a talent for creating professional, persuasive presentations in slide presentations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.

  • A high degree of accountability against timelines and a collaborative working style that excels in cross-functional environments.

  • A sense of flexibility and prioritization in juggling both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests as needed in a fast-paced startup environment

  • A quick learner who remains effective in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and possesses a high degree of curiosity

  • A bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of healthcare‑industry or consulting experience and valid US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a high-growth Healthcare Technology or SaaS startup environment.

  • Proficient in Data‑visualization BI tools (e.g., Looker, Grafana, Prolific, or Tableau).

  • Moderate to Advanced SQL or Python for large‑scale data analysis

  • Comfort working with APIs and exploring modern data architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Figma, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.

  • Experience creating clear, compelling slide narratives in a client‑facing environment

  • Comfort with presenting results in an external facing setting (e.g., client meetings, scientific forums, etc.)
