The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join as an early operations generalist, working side by side with senior leadership on important initiatives that have no assigned owner. The scope covers hiring, growth, customer rollout and internal reporting, using modern automation tools along the way.
What you'll do
- Take high-priority special projects from kickoff to completion across hiring, growth and customer rollout.
- Build automated, AI-driven workflows for customers and internal teams, and convert lessons learned into reusable templates.
- Define, monitor and report the core business metrics the company depends on.
- Help new customers get set up and active by configuring workflows on the software platform.
- Move between the most urgent business needs as they arise, such as pricing, sales operations and customer presentations.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 0 to 5 years of experience in an operations, consulting, finance or startup setting.
- At least one clear standout accomplishment, such as time at a leading consulting firm, a selective employer, a strong academic record or something comparable.
- A generalist outlook and readiness to handle anything from strategy to hands-on execution without a set playbook.
- Comfort applying AI-powered tools in everyday tasks, or a clear aptitude to pick them up quickly.
- Working knowledge of a CRM, SQL and spreadsheets.
- A steady career history without a pattern of very short tenures.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week.
