Cerebras Systems builds the world's largest AI chip, 56 times larger than GPUs. Our novel wafer-scale architecture provides the AI compute power of dozens of GPUs on a single chip, with the programming simplicity of a single device. This approach allows Cerebras to deliver industry-leading training and inference speeds and empowers machine learning users to effortlessly run large-scale ML applications, without the hassle of managing hundreds of GPUs or TPUs.

Cerebras' current customers include top model labs, global enterprises, and cutting-edge AI-native startups. OpenAI recently announced a multi-year partnership with Cerebras, to deploy 750 megawatts of scale, transforming key workloads with ultra high-speed inference.

Thanks to the groundbreaking wafer-scale architecture, Cerebras Inference offers the fastest Generative AI inference solution in the world, over 10 times faster than GPU-based hyperscale cloud inference services. This order of magnitude increase in speed is transforming the user experience of AI applications, unlocking real-time iteration and increasing intelligence via additional agentic computation.

About The Role

This is a high-leverage business operations role embedded in the Datacenter organization. You will partner directly with 5–10 senior leaders to build the operating system that keeps the organization aligned, decision-ready, and executing at speed. The job sits at the intersection of planning, operating cadence, communications, and execution. You will turn complex, fast-moving work into clear priorities, durable mechanisms, and actionable insight. This is not a staff role from the sidelines—you will be in the middle of the work, helping leaders drive performance, manage tradeoffs, and scale with rigor.

Why This Role Matters

Datacenter growth creates complexity fast. As scope expands, the organization needs strong operating rhythms, clean decision paths, and reliable mechanisms that reduce noise and increase execution quality. This role helps create that structure. You will bring predictability to business reviews, planning cycles, communications, and cross-functional asks so leaders can stay focused on the highest-value work. The systems you build will improve transparency, raise the quality of decision making, and help the organization scale without losing speed.

Responsibilities
  • Own the operating cadence for the Datacenter organization, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, metrics, reporting, and leadership updates.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, mechanisms, and follow-through.
  • Build and run the business planning processes that keep teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, and execution progress.
  • Drive high-quality communications and change management across the organization so decisions are understood and actions land cleanly.
  • Create predictability and transparency across business rhythms by reducing ad hoc noise, clarifying requirements, and improving intake and triage.
  • Coordinate RFIs and other cross-functional requests with internal partners and the broader Business Operations cohort, ensuring inputs are complete, aligned, and decision-useful.
  • Set a high bar for operating reviews, written deliverables, and business reporting—improving the quality of outputs, not just managing the process.
  • Review bottoms-up headcount plans during operating plan cycles and help leaders make sound tradeoffs based on business priorities and constraints.
  • Identify bottlenecks, close process gaps, and build durable mechanisms that help the organization scale effectively.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity, using judgment to prioritize, simplify, and move work forward in a fast-changing environment.
Skills & Qualifications

You have experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in a datacenter, infrastructure, or other complex technical environment. You are highly analytical, structured, and execution oriented. You know how to create clarity where there is ambiguity and how to turn scattered inputs into a coherent operating model. You are comfortable working directly with senior leaders, balancing competing priorities, and making sound judgments with incomplete information. You are a builder by instinct: you simplify, remove friction, and create mechanisms that scale. You are equally comfortable with details and executive context, and you care deeply about raising the quality of decisions and execution.
